This website is operated and maintained by imageedits.com Pty Ltd, through this site, imageedits.com Pty Ltd can be referred to by terms such as “we”, “us”, & “our”. By starting a project with imageedits.com, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Again by using our services, you guarantee that the source material provided to us to complete the project is owned by you or have permission to use the materials. We have no way of determining the real owner of the material provided to us for the projects.
If above is true, once we have returned the project to you, & once payment has been received for our services, you will automatically be assigned copyright, you own the content that we deliver back to you, as such you should download and keep those files safe in-case of un-foreseeable server/software issues on our end, we are also not required to keep the project on our site, we will try to keep it as long as possible in case you lose your copy. We are very proud of what our amazing staff/editors can do, and we love to show off their talent on regular bases, by using our services, you are accepting that we have the right to display & link projects for marketing & internal purposes.
We will modify supplied content & projects based on service picked & ordered by you, also any requests you’ve made alongside the project, we are here to present the best possible marketing material needed for your situation, we can not guarantee that we will return you will not be viewed as misleading or false from another person(s) or company(s) point of view/perspective. Determining if the content is misleading or false, is left up to you the client, as we accept projects from all over the globe, with different laws on marketing expectations, the general culture of the region, & also the type of marketing you decide to use the returned project for. So we can not be liable to you or your company, or any third party for loss of profits, damages, or any other incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our services.
You also agree that we at imageedits.com have no knowledge of how you plan to utilise the returned project, again we can not be liable to you or your company, or any third party for loss of profits, damages, or any other incidental, consequential or special damages arising from how you have decided to use the returned project.
